One-Year Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on all our diamond rings and diamond jewelry.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, for example if a diamond comes loose due to an incorrect setting. In such cases, a new ring will be made or the issue will be repaired free of charge.
We recommend taking out insurance that covers loss and damage.
Free resizing for solitaire rings
If the ring size you selected turns out to be incorrect despite careful measuring, we offer one free resizing for our solitaire rings in 18k yellow gold, white gold, or red gold.
To ensure the highest quality, our manufacturer creates a new ring in the correct size. Any engraving will also be redone.
Free resizing does not apply to rings with multiple diamonds, but resizing can be added for an additional cost depending on the ring model.

Our diamond rings can be customized to your preferences. You may wish for a different diamond size, a different ring band shape, or a custom ring width.
If you cannot find your size in the size chart, simply leave a note in the cart with your preferred size and we will create the ring in your exact size.

Order a ring sizer that shows your exact ring size. Please read the description carefully for instructions on how to measure correctly and what to keep in mind.
Measure a Ring You Already Own
If you already have a ring in a similar width and thickness that fits your ring finger, have it measured by a jewelry store or professional jeweler. Measuring at home can be difficult, which is why we do not recommend it.
Free Resizing
We recommend finding your ring size as accurately as possible before ordering your gold ring from us. If the size still turns out to be incorrect, one free resizing is included for our solitaire rings (rings with one stone) within 14 days of receiving your ring.
To ensure the highest quality, our manufacturer recreates the ring from scratch in the correct size.

Our diamond quality
The diamonds in our rings and jewelry are brilliant-cut and of high quality. With us, you can choose between lab-grown and natural diamonds.
Lab-grown diamond TW/VS: Top Wesselton / rare white with very small inclusions, visible only under 10× magnification.
Natural diamond VSI: Top Wesselton, rare white with very small inclusions, close to VS quality.
Our manufacturer is a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).
