Enjoy a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your jewelry.

Returns

  • Fill in the return form included in your delivery.
  • Send the jewelry back in a trackable and secure way.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Exchanges / Change of size

If you want to exchange the size of the same model of jewelry (for example a ring):

  • Fill in the return form and write which size you wish to change to.
  • Return the jewelry according to the instructions above.
  • We will send the new size to you free of charge.

Exchange for another jewelry piece

If you want to exchange for another model, please return your jewelry as described above and place a new order for the piece you prefer.

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the original payment method once we have received and checked the returned item.

How to package your return

  • Jewelry must be returned unused and in mint condition.
  • Be careful when trying on jewelry to avoid scratches. Items with scratches or marks cannot be refunded.
  • Use the original packaging if it is in good condition. Otherwise, use a padded envelope together with the original boxes/silk pouches.

Ska du bära två ringar tillsammans - en vigselring och en förlovningsring - tänk på att känslan blir lite tightare på fingret eftersom den totala bredden ökar.

Beställer du ett ringmått för att ta reda på din ringstorlek - testa din storlek flera gånger under dagen. På morgonen är fingrarna ofta svullna och under dagen kan händerna och fingrarna bli kalla och smalare.
