Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are paid upon delivery.

Trackable & Insured Delivery

All international orders are shipped with tracked and insured delivery.

Once your parcel has been dispatched from Mila Silver, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Please follow the tracking information and respond to any delivery notifications to avoid the package being returned to us.

Delivery Attempts & Uncollected Packages

A personal delivery and signature may be required. If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your package, please make sure you are reachable by phone and contact the shipping company to arrange a new delivery time or pickup.

For packages that are not collected or cannot be delivered and are returned to us, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
