Lab-grown diamond Produced in a laboratory, but has the same physical, chemical and optical properties as a natural diamond. Both consist of carbon crystallized in a diamond structure. Hardness 10 on the Mohs scale and identical brilliance and quality.
Natural diamond are mined from the bedrock. Our natural diamonds are conflict-free according to The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) . Furthermore, our suppliers are certified members of The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) .
Black diamonds
Rings with black diamonds are the most popular colored diamond and are increasing in popularity.
Are black diamonds real? Yes. There are naturally occurring black diamonds (extremely rare and valuable) and treated black diamonds. These are natural diamonds that have been treated with radiation to achieve their dark color.
Treated black diamonds are the most common and are used in Mila Silver's black diamond rings. The diamond jewelry with black diamonds is certified, conflict-free, and approved according to EU regulation 2368-2002.
